Refund and approval policy

My-trusted-app is a hosted content management service for personal iPhone applications. Before you buy we recommend you try the service using the limited functionality available to registered users. Maybe you want to review some of our customer cases too. Once you are happy that the service is what you want, we ask that you pay the first annual subscription of £ 499 (or $ 749). You can then complete your app build and submit it for publication. No refunds or returns are possible.

The my-trusted-app service is instant. As soon as you have registered and paid you can use the service and submit your application. If you have the materials available you can build and submit your app in 15 minutes !

Actual publication in the iTunes app store can take upto 2 weeks. First we will sanity check that your app does not contain inappropriate content. This is a subjective assessment from the my-trusted-app team. We generally refuse apps that contain : racial or religious hatred, terrorism, nudity and activities that are considered unlawful by the laws of the United Kingdom. PLEASE NOTE : The decision to refuse publication of your app is subjective in the opinion of the my-trusted-app team. It is beyond contestation. You will be notified of our rejection of the content and will have an opportunity to resubmit your app with allowable content. You will NOT receive a refund if your app is refused. We apply this check because all apps will also be checked by Apple before publication. As the publisher of your app we want to be sure that when the app has been submitted we have a high degree of confidence that your app will be approved.

If you are a law abiding citizen and want to use the my-trusted-app service for normal purposes, it is very likely that your app will be approved. Examples of apps can be found all over the iTunes app store. For example : university professors, motivational speakers, life and work coaches, professional athletes, celebrities, consultants and individuals just wanting to present themselves in an innovative way all benefit from the my-trusted-app service.
